Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About This Role

CarePine Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing cases throughout Allentown, Bethlehem, Whitehall, Bath, Alburtis, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
• •Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• •Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising Registered Nurse
• •Provide G-tube, respiratory, seizure, diabetic, and other skilled nursing care as applicable
• •Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care for applicable cases
• •Assist with feeding, transfers, mobility, and total care needs when required
• •Communicate with patients, families, nurses, and other members of the care team
• •Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• •Follow CarePine policies and applicable healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseRequired
• Current CPR CertificationRequired
• Valid driver’s licenseRequired
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric shift care nursing experienceRequired
• Strong communication and documentation skillsRequired
• Ability to work independently in a home-care environmentRequired
