PRIVATE DUTY NURSING

CarePine Home Care Division is a fully licensed Home Health Care servicing the 5 counties surrounding Philadelphia including Delaware, Chester, Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties. Home Care services are provided on a short and long-term basis from as a little as 4 hours a day to 24 Hour Live in services. These services are paid through government waiver programs or direct self pay.

PRIVATE DUTY SKILLED NURSE

CarePine Home Care Private Duty Nursing focuses on patients who need long term nursing services beyond the intermittent services provided under the Home Health program. These services are generally paid for privately by the patients.

CarePine Home Care Private Duty Nurse will:

Examples of patients who can benefit from Private Duty Skilled Nursing Services include:

Patients who need frequent monitoring and assessment
Patients with unstable medical conditions that require ongoing changes in plan of treatment
Patients who are not independent to perform long-term care that they may need e.g. maintain catheter
Patients with Dementia
Patients will physical limitations that otherwise prevent them from complying with their treatment plan
Patients with neurological limitations that prevent them from complying with their treatment plan

Tracheotomy care
Post-Operative Surgical Care
Intravenous Care
Enteral Feeding
Diabetic Testing and Administration of Insulin
TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)
Spinal Cord Injury Care
Colostomy care

Traumatic brain injury care
Care of Seizure Disorders
Catheterization
Care of Neuromuscular Disease
Care of Cardiovascular Disease
Care of Pulmonary Injury
Tube Feeding (G-Tube and NG tube care)
Aspiration Monitoring
